Westmarket Townhomes is a new rental development in Regina. I developed the brand identity, website, and digital marketing strategy to support the launch and generate qualified rental inquiries.

• Created and managed Google and Meta advertising campaigns focused on rental lead generation
• Generated 77 advertising leads from 443 website visitors during the first month of launch, achieving an approximate 17.4% visitor-to-lead conversion rate
